Our goal is simple: provide clean, safe, quality rental equipment and dependable service. These policies are intended to clearly communicate expectations, protect both our customers and our business, and help ensure every rental goes as smoothly as possible. These Terms & Conditions form a part of every rental agreement. Payment of any deposit or invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Any missing items or items damaged beyond normal wear will result in the Client/Renter being responsible for the full replacement value of the missing or damaged items immediately and upon receiving invoicing for the missing or damaged items.
All major event change requests should be made ASAP, but for larger events with specialty items, changes must be made at least two weeks in advance to allow time for ordering, shipping, inspecting items for damage and possible reordering. Smaller events with non-specialty items should let us know of the changes at least 24 hours in advance.
Security deposits are non refundable. Client/Renter concerns regarding items rented, set up, delivery, or other concerns should be addressed prior to the event starting. In the event that we fail to deliver an invoiced item or items, a refund for the item/s not delivered will be issued.
A non-refundable security deposit of 25% secures the invoiced items for the day/days requested. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery for items and/or services scheduled.

NEVER operate indoors, including garages, basements, or crawlspaces. Ensure the exhaust points away from occupied areas. Never plug the generator directly into a wall outlet (backfeeding). Keep the generator dry and avoid operating in rain or wet, snowy conditions. Do not overload the generator; keep total wattage within the unit's capacity. Refuel only after the engine has cooled down to avoid ignition from hot surfaces. Maintain a 5-foot clearance on all sides, free from debris and flammable materials.
Do Not Overload: Check the wattage rating of the appliance and the cord to ensure they match; never plug high-wattage items like space heaters, refrigerators, or toasters into them.
Prevent Overheating: Uncoil or stretch out the entire cord before use. Do not cover the cord with anything.
Damage Check: If a cord is warm to the touch, discolored, or damaged, stop using it immediately.
Do Not Bypass Safety: Never remove the ground prong (third prong) or use a "male-to-male" cord, which can cause severe shock or death.
Usage: Insert fully into the outlet, and pull the plug, not the cord, to remove.
